Completing the Billing Integration Checklist is essential for ensuring accurate and efficient billing. Access the "Billing Integration Checklist" report

1. Go to "Custom Reports"

2. Click "Billing Integration Checklist"

3. Click "Display Report"

Missing Items column

4. In order to complete the billing integration, you must fill the required information in the Missing Items column, like this example:

How to fill missing Client information

6. - Missing primary physician:

  1. You must create the physician profile (Healthcare Provider)
  2. You must add the health provider to the client
  3. You must set a Healthcare Provider as primary
  • Missing primary address (Residence):
  1. You must add the address
  2. You must set a direction as primary
  • Missing primary diagnosis:
  1. You must add a primary diagnosis

  1. Go to the therapist profile
  2. Add the NPI
  3. Save
