How to set a client diagnosis as primary

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to set a client diagnosis as primary. It explains how to add a new diagnosis to the client profile, search for the desired diagnosis, and designate it as the primary diagnosis. 1. First make sure that the client already has in the profile the diagnostic that you need to set as primary. If not, you can add it like this:

To add a new diagnosis, you will need to access the client profile, select the "Diagnosis" tab and then press the plus symbol:

2. In the new screen with the name "Choose a Diagnosis to assign", you will be able to select the client's diagnosis. You can perform a faster search with the help of the "Search" tool, using the name or code of the diagnosis. To add the diagnosis press the add button:

3. To designate a diagnosis as primary, select the desired diagnosis, click on the three dots adjacent to the diagnosis name, and choose the option to mark it as primary.
