How to navigate Client Profiles (for therapists)

Getting Started: Accessing the General Menu
1. When you open a client’s profile, you will see the new layout.
The Personal Info section will be displayed by default.

2. To access the General Menu from here, you can:
- Click on the client’s name in the navigation path (top right).

3. 2. Click on the General Menu button for quick access.

4. From the General Menu, select any section to view its details or expand its subsections.

- The upper-right section of the window shows your current location in the profile.

6. Click on any part of the navigation path to redisplay at any time

- the General Menu

Exploring the Sections
7. This new-look restructures and groups existing information for a more organized and intuitive experience.

Client’s Info → Now includes the subsections
- Personal
- Address
- Notes

8. Caregiver/Guardian → Organized into
- List of Caregivers

9. Skills & Behaviors → Groups
- Maladaptive Behaviors
- Replacements Behaviors
- Skill Acquisition

11. Scheduling Restrictions → Consolidates

Switching back to the Old Interface
12. If you prefer the previous layout, you can easily switch back:
Click on the icon in the top-right corner of the screen "Switch to the old look"

13. This change will restore the previous interface, but you can switch back to the new layout anytime by following the same steps.
