How RBTs can sign a Supervision conducted by their Analyst in the system

This guide is essential for RBTs to efficiently navigate the supervision process. It provides a step-by-step approach to locating, reviewing, and signing supervision sessions, ensuring that RBTs can easily manage their responsibilities and maintain compliance. Follow these steps to sign a supervision session conducted by your analyst:

Step 1: Locate the Supervision Session

1. Check the Calendar

  • Once the analyst schedules a supervision session, it will appear on your calendar, you just need to uncheck the “View My Visits Only” option.
  • This will display all visits for clients you share with other therapists, including the scheduled supervisions.

2. After the analyst submits the supervision, its status will change to In Review, making it ready for you.

Step 2: Access In review supervisions

3. Go to the Revision Tab

  • Navigate to the Revision tab in the system.
  • You will see an alert showing the number of supervisions pending your signature.

4. - Inside the Revision tab, you’ll see a list of pending supervisions.

  • Use the Filter option to narrow down the results and select the supervision you want to review and sign.

Step 3: Review the Supervision

5. Overview of the Session

  • Once you select the supervision, you can view a detailed overview, including the notes written by the analyst during the session.

6. You can leave feedback or answer any required questions based on the supervision session.

Step 4: Approve and Sign

  • If the session details are accurate, click Approve & Sign.

8. - Add your signature to approve the supervision.

Once you approve and sign the supervision, its status will update to Completed. By default only Completed supervisions are counted in the Supervision Monitoring Log. Ensure you complete this process for every supervision session.
