How to use the folder system for skills and behaviors (for analysts)
This guide explains the folder creation feature that allows users to effectively organize behaviors and skills into specific domains and subdomains, enhancing clarity. Overview
1. You can view the skills and behaviors in the list view by default, which provides a straightforward way to access all your data.

2. The folder view allows you to organize these skills and behaviors into specific domains and subdomains. This feature enhances clarity, simplifies navigation, and improves the overall management of the information.
- Accessing the Folder Organization Feature:
From the “Skills and Behaviors” section look for the button at the right and click on it to toggle between the list view (table view) and the folder view (structure view)

Creating folders
3. In the folder management area, locate and click the “Add” button (+)

4. You will be able to create folders or replacements directly.
- Click "Add Folder"

5. - Enter a descriptive name for your domain that accurately reflects the category of skills and behaviors it will contain (e.g., "Social Skills," "Coping Strategies").
- Save: click the “CREATE” button to create the domain.

6. - The new domain will now appear in your list of folders.

7. Click the arrow to expand each folder and see its content

8. Edit or Delete Folders
- If you need to edit a folder, select the folder and click on the “Edit” button. Make the necessary changes and click “Save.”
- To delete a folder, click the “Delete” button and confirm the action.

Organizing Skills and Behaviors
Within the system, there are several options available to organize skills and behaviors into folders, allowing for a clearer structure and easier management of information.
1. When creating a new skill or behavior
9. In this case, during the creation process, you can assign that new skill or behavior to a folder directly.

2. When the skill or behavior already exists
10. In this case, there are two ways to organize it:
- From the folder view:
- Click on the skill or behavior you want to organize.

11. - In the detail page, click the option "Move Folder".

12. - Assign to a folder
- Click the Choose path option, and a dropdown menu will appear with your existing domains and subdomains.
- Select the appropriate domain or subdomain for the skill or behavior.
- Save Changes
- Once assigned, ensure to save the changes.

13. The skill or behavior will now be categorized under the selected folder.

14. 2. The other way is from the skill/behavior itself
- Open the skill or behavior for editing, then select the folder you want to move it to.
