Tickets
1. If you are experiencing issues with the ABA Matrix system and need assistance to clear up your doubts, you can contact us as follows. This way we will assist you in the most efficient way possible.
You will always have access to the question button (?), just click on it:

2. A help window will appear with these fields:
- Subject: Enter the subject here.
- Text field: Here, you can let us know any questions or concerns you may have.
- Attachment: You can attach files or images if needed.

All responses and updates will be sent to your email.
Previous Conversations
3. To review updates or respond to an existing ticket:
- Click “Previous Conversations”

4. Select the conversation you want to open
- Click “Add a reply”
- Type your message and click “Send message”

5. Through the 'Answers' tab, you can access our Knowledge Desk.

6. In the “What can we help you with?” field, type a keyword related to your issue and click the search button.
