How to add a restriction for assistants and analysts

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a new restriction for assistants and analysts in order to monitor their work hours and ensure that clients receive therapy only when eligible. The guide explains how to access the profile, add the restriction, and fill out the required information. It also highlights the importance of setting the correct end date for the restriction. Following this guide will help maintain proper scheduling and eligibility for therapy sessions.

Restrictions will be used to monitor the work hours of assistants and analysts, as well as the therapy hours of clients. They will prevent assistants and analysts from working with clients who have lost eligibility, thereby ensuring that clients do not receive therapy without eligibility.

One restriction you will notice is the inability for assistants and analysts to complete therapy notes.

  1. To add a new restriction, access the profile of the assistant or analyst who requires it. Then, click on the "Restrictions" button located at the top of the screen. To add a new restriction, use the plus symbol located in the top right corner of the screen.

2. To complete the process of adding a new restriction, you need to fill out the required information, as shown in the following image.

  • The "Start Date" and "End Date" fields correspond to the timeframe during which the analyst, assistant, and client will maintain the restriction.
  • In the "Description" field, you can justify the reason for the applied restriction.

After entering all the required data, press the "Save" button located at the bottom of the form

The date marked as "End Date" corresponds to the date when the restriction will no longer apply, meaning that on that day, the therapist will be able to schedule a session with the client. You must set the "End Date" to the day after the restricted date.
