How to review RBTs and Analysts uploaded documents (Staff Members Only)
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to review and approve documents uploaded by RBTs and Analysts. It explains how to enable the document upload setting, filter and sort uploaded documents, download and check their quality, and approve or make changes to the documents.
1. To allow RBTs and Analysts to upload their documents and submit them for revision, as a staff member, you have to enable the Employee Document Upload Self-Service setting from the Agency Settings section:
Once the setting is enabled, your agency is ready to begin the revision process:
2. From the navigation menu, select the To-Dos section:
3. From the Documents Upload tab, within the table of uploaded documents, you have the option to filter by using the search bar or employ sorting in the columns. For instance, you can sort by Therapist name.
4. You can download each document to check its quality before approving it:
