How to edit Assessment or Reassessment Sessions

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to edit assessment or reassessment sessions. Explains how to edit notes, edit events, and delete events. It also explains how to add additional sessions. Viewing this guide would be helpful for anyone who needs to make changes to their assessment or re-assessment sessions.


1. Assessment or reassessment sessions can be edited from:

  • The Calendar.
  • The Assessments section.
  • Directly within the assessment or reassessment report.

1. From the Calendar

2. Locate the Assessment or Reassessment session you wish to edit on the calendar.

1.1. Edit the note

3. Click Go To Report to open the session. From there, you can:

  • Review and update the information
  • Sign the session
  • Submit the session

1.2. Edit the event

4. Click "Edit Visit".

5. You can adjust the session details as needed, including the date, time, and location. Be sure to save the changes once you have updated the information.

1.3. Delete the session

6. From the "Edit Visit" option you can delete the session if necessary.

2. From the Assessments section

7. From the Assessments section:

  • Locate the desired assessment or reassessment.
  • Click the three-dot icon.
  • Select Edit Sessions.

8. In the displayed window, you will be able to view all assessment or reassessment sessions. Additionally, you can:

  • Edit the note
  • Edit the visit details
  • Sign the session
  • Submit the session

9. Within the same window, it is also possible to add additional sessions.

3. From the Assessment or Reassessment report

10. Inside the report:

  • Locate the Observation icon in the tools section.

11. In the displayed modal, you will see all sessions associated with that assessment or reassessment. From there, you can:

  • Edit the note (including signing and submitting it)
  • Edit the visit details
  • Delete the session, if needed
  • Add new sessions
