How to Add Assessment/Reassessment Sessions
This guide provides a straightforward approach to adding assessment and reassessment sessions, making it essential for anyone involved in client evaluations. It outlines multiple methods for creating sessions, ensuring flexibility and ease of use. By following the steps, users can efficiently manage their assessments, maintain accurate records, and enhance their reporting process. This resource is invaluable for professionals seeking to streamline their assessment workflows and improve client care.
1. Assessment or reassessment sessions can be created from:
- The Calendar.
- The Assessments section.
- Directly within the assessment or reassessment report.
1. From the Calendar
2. Go to the red + sign
- Select the event (Assessment or Reassessment)

3. Select the Client

4. You can choose whether to add the observation to an existing assessment/reassessment or create a new one:
- Select previous Assessment/Reassessment: Select this option if the observation should be added to an assessment or reassessment report that has already been created.
- Add New Assessment/Reassessment: Choose this option if you need to create a new assessment or reassessment report and include the observation as part of it. In this case, you will be prompted to complete the required report information, including the report date (which must fall within the authorization dates) and the treatment period for reassessments.

5. You must complete the requested information (date, time, and location).

6. Once created, you can identify the observation in the calendar by the following icon:

7. Locate the assessment or reassessment you want to add a session to
- Click the three-dot icon
- Select Edit Sessions

8. You will see a list of all sessions linked to that report, if any.
- Click “Add Session.”

9. Complete the required fields
- Click Save

3. From the Assessment or Reassessment report
10. Inside the report:
- Locate the Observations icon in the tools section.

11. In the displayed modal, you will see all sessions associated with that assessment or reassessment. From there, you can Add new sessions.
