Scheduling limits
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to set scheduling limits. By following these steps, users can learn how to navigate the website, edit daily and weekly hours for specific procedures, and set limits for lead analysts.
Agencies are able to set scheduling limits for clients, therapists and procedures, both weekly or daily. You will be able to set these restrictions at agency and individual (client and therapist) levels.
1. At Agency level
- Go to the Agency view
- Go to the Scheduling limits tab
From this screen you will be able to modify the daily and weekly limits for RBTs, BCaBAs and Lead Analysts.
1.1. Limits by procedure and certification type:
You can also add other limits by procedure and certification type. For example, you can configure your agency to allow a maximum of 2 hours of the 97151 TS procedure per client per day.
- Select the option Add limit
- Select the procedure 97151 TS
- Add the allowed hours
- Accept
You can also configure your agency to allow a maximum of 2 hours of Lead Analyst visits per client per day:
- Select the option Add limit
- Select Lead Analyst
- Add the allowed hours
- Accept
1.2. Weekly
These restrictions can also be set weekly from the Weekly tab. For example, you can configure agency to allow a maximum of 2 hours of the 97156 procedure per client per week:
- Select the option Add limit
- Select the procedure 97156
- Add the allowed hours
- Accept
2. At individual level
Go to the client's profile (or assistant's or analyst's profile)
- Search for the Scheduling limits tab
By default, the clients and therapists profiles will match the agency settings:
But you can configure a value different that the agency default on a specific client or therapist . For example, you can configure a specific client to allow a maximum of 2 hours of 97155 procedure per day.
- Select the option Add limit
- Select the procedure 97155
- Add the allowed hours
- Accept
